Can You Ever Really Trust Another Persons Opinion

A Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle review is really only the opinion of one person who may or may not have actually used this product. Sometimes it is obvious that the person has never really used the product, and other times they are pretty good at faking it. I really am interested in learning more about this product however, I am wondering if you really can ever trust another person’s opinion.

What I don’t understand about the burn the fat feed the muscle review I read is that the author kept bringing up how this system works by providing different approaches for different body types. The author however, never disclosed what body type they are. So if they have a different body type then me, they were essentially using a different product then I would be using. If we wouldn’t even be using the same system, how was their opinion relevant.
